Crack Movement Recorder Kit

The Wireless Crack Movement Recorder provides continuous recording of both movement in crack width and ambient temperature. The unit is configurable to measure at a pre-defined interval of 10 seconds to 91 hours. The built in data logger stores readings for later download wirelessly onto a PC from a range of up to 150m. This kit contains everything required (except from the PC) to set up a monitoring system. Further units can be purchased individually to extend the system.

The unit is powered by a user-replaceable battery, which should last between six months and five years, depending on how the unit is configured and frequency of downloads. The measurements are stored in internal memory and are downloaded to a Windows PC using a USB Communications Module (one is required and available separately). One Communication Module can be used to connect to up to thirty-two Crack Movement Recorders.

The unit is supplied with a Wireless Communication Module, fixings and the latest version of the user guide and software.
